Laminate Flooring in London.
Properly levelled subfloor. No clicking, no lifting.

We supply and fit scratch-resistant laminate flooring with proper subfloor preparation. Laminate that clicks underfoot almost always has a hollow beneath it — which is why we level before we lay.

Why choose us in London

Laminate Flooring done properly.

What makes our laminate flooring work different from a standard quote in London.

Realistic wood and stone looks

Modern laminate uses high-definition embossed surfaces that closely resemble real wood or stone at a fraction of the material cost.

AC4 and AC5 rated

We specify AC4 minimum for domestic use — rated for heavy foot traffic. AC5 for rental properties and rooms with high wear.

Click-lock floating system

Planks lock together without adhesive, floating over the subfloor. Faster to fit and fully removable without damaging the subfloor.

Affordable across multiple rooms

Laminate is the most cost-effective way to transform multiple rooms in one project — practical for renovations and rental properties.

Frequently asked

Laminate Flooring in London — questions answered.

What is the AC rating and which do I need?

AC stands for Abrasion Class — the durability rating for laminate. AC4 is rated for heavy domestic use and is the minimum we specify. AC5 is rated for light commercial use and is worth specifying for rental properties or families with children and pets.

Is laminate suitable for kitchens and bathrooms?

Standard laminate is not waterproof and should not be used where water contact is likely. For kitchens and bathrooms, LVT is the right product — fully waterproof and designed for wet environments.

What causes laminate to click or creak underfoot?

Almost always a subfloor problem — a hollow spot or uneven surface. When a plank has no support beneath it, it deflects under weight and the joint clicks. We level the subfloor before laying rather than rely on underlay to bridge imperfections.

Can laminate be laid over existing flooring?

Sometimes. The existing floor must be flat, level and structurally sound. Adding height can create problems at doorways. We check this at the survey and advise honestly.

Can laminate be sanded or refinished?

No. Laminate has a photographic surface and cannot be sanded. If heavily worn, individual planks can be replaced — which is why keeping spare planks from the original batch is worthwhile.

Do you cover London?

Yes — we cover London and the surrounding areas including Chelsea, Islington, Camden, Battersea. We cover all London boroughs and can typically arrange a survey within 48 hours of enquiry.

How quickly can you start a laminate flooring job in London?

We can usually arrange a free survey in London within 48 hours of your initial enquiry. A fixed-price written quote follows within three working days of the survey, and we will give you a confirmed start date at the same time.
